Axially split casing double suction pumps DHH

USE

The DHH pumps are intended for the transport of crude oil and oil products, for main or auxiliary pumping stations as well as booster stations and for the purpose of increased pressure in transport networks.
The pumps are intended for the pumping of crude oil and oil products with a temperature not exceeding 80°C and a viscosity up to 80 mm2/s with a content of insoluble substances up to 3 g.l-1, where the grain size does not exceed 0.5 mm, or for pumping of other similar liquids with a temperature of up to 80°C with a hydrogen ion concentration pH 5.5-11.

DESIGN

The DHH series pumps are designed as horizontal, centrifugal, volute pumps with a two-inlet impeller, a radial distributor and a horizontally divided body.
The suction and discharge branches are placed on the bottom part of the body “IN-LINE”, perpendicularly to the shaft axis.
The pumps are installed on the foundation frame by screwing the footings of the lower half of the body.
The driving force is transferred from the footing electromotor with the help of a flexible or gear coupling.
